לפני יותר מעשרים שנה התחלתי להתעניין במערות קבורה בעיקר בגליל. מאז הכרתי עשרות מערות גליליות באופן אישי ואינטימי. למדתי להקשיב להן. הן עדות נאמנות לאירועים שחלקם ידועים לנו מן ההיסטוריה. הן עדות גם לאירועים שלא תועדו. הו מראות מי שימר את תרבותו - ומי לא. אשמח לשתף אתכם במערכת היחסים הנפלאה שיש לי עם המערות האלה. 

More than twenty years ago Galilean tombs became the focus of my attention; during the period of two decades I became a close companion of dozens of tombs, personally and intimately. I've learned to listen to them. Tombs are reliable witnesses to historical events we know, while they witnessed un-recorded events. They show us who were the ancient people who preserved their culture  - and who did not.
